You retain full ownership of your artwork. Studio Praxis does not claim rights to your work, and we do not sell your artwork. We use your submissions only to generate critiques and improve the platform. By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from us and acknowledge that we use cookies on this site.
Welcome to Studio Praxis. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Studio Praxis website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Studio Praxis, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Studio Praxis," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Studio Praxis provides structured, AI-assisted critique of visual artwork, portfolio readiness analysis, progress tracking, and benchmarking insights. The Service is designed for educational and developmental purposes only and does not constitute professional, academic, or curatorial certification.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Studio Praxis is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
You retain full ownership of all artwork, images, and materials you upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Studio Praxis a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and analyze your content, generate critiques, and improve the Service. We do not sell your artwork or claim ownership of it. You represent that you own or have the rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Service to upload or submit content that: (a) infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; (b) is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or harmful; (c) contains malware, viruses, or malicious code; or (d) is AI-generated work misrepresented as original human-created artwork for the purpose of circumventing the intent of the Service. Studio Praxis reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Studio Praxis uses artificial intelligence to generate structured critiques. You acknowledge that evaluations are interpretive and probabilistic, not objective fact. The Service does not replace professional mentorship, academic critique, or curatorial review. All outputs are provided for informational and developmental purposes only.
Some features require payment via subscription or one-time purchase. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and provide valid payment information. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing date. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
By creating an account with Studio Praxis, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and use of the Service, including but not limited to: account verification, critique delivery, billing notices, and important service updates. These transactional communications are necessary for the operation of the Service and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.
You may also receive periodic marketing and product-related communications from us. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each such email or by contacting us at support@studiopraxis.io. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect your receipt of transactional emails.
We comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Studio Praxis uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to our use of these technologies. Specifically, we use:
Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without significantly impairing your use of the Service.

Studio Praxis does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily limits or suspends access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time without liability to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Praxis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of data or artwork files (whether due to technical failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause); loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; decisions made based on AI-generated evaluations; or unauthorized access to or disclosure of your data resulting from a security breach or cyberattack. You acknowledge that Studio Praxis is not liable for any data breach, loss of uploaded content, or security incident, regardless of cause. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of any artwork or files you upload to the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@studiopraxis.io. Studio Praxis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitted data may be retained for up to 30 days following account termination before permanent deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. You agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
